President Momarv Group
A.D. Olabode is the visionary founder and current President of Momarv Group. With a career spanning both public and private sectors as a business consultant, he recognized the urgent need for strategic, development-driven solutions tailored to Africa’s unique challenges. This vision led to the creation of Momarv Consulting, a firm grounded in delivering impactful, scalable development strategies across the continent.
Following the merger of Momarv Consulting with Allied Africa Accounting & Engineering, A.D. assumed the role of President of the newly formed Momarv Group, which today leads the field in infrastructure, renewable energy, and economic development initiatives across Africa. He brings over a decade of experience in project development and management in the telecommunications, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors.
He holds an MBA with a focus International Business Development and is a founding member of the African Biogas Association.
Kemi Unuigbe (B.Eng, M.Sc, MSEM)
Chief Operating Officer
Kemi Unuigbe is a seasoned consultant with over 19 years of experience managing complex projects across the energy, telecom, and finance sectors. She has led initiatives for global firms specializing in program management, procurement strategy, and renewable energy advisory.
Her expertise spans cost engineering, contract management, system lifecycle execution, and cross-sector business development. She is certified in climate change mitigation and sustainability, and has designed operational frameworks that improve efficiency and accountability across organizations.
Kemi holds an MBA in Engineering Management, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of South Florida.
Olusoji Oguntuase
Strategy Officer
Olusoji Oguntuase is the co-founder of Momarv Group and the former Chief Executive Officer of Allied Africa Accounting & Engineering. With a background in engineering leadership, Mr. Oguntuase spearheaded numerous high-impact projects across Zimbabwe, Benin, and Zambia. Under his stewardship, Allied Africa achieved consistent growth over a five-year period, positioning itself as a trusted engineering and consulting partner in the region.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and brings deep technical and operational expertise to the strategic leadership of Momarv Group.
David Wilkinson
Senior Research Analyst & Project Director
David Wilkinson serves as Senior Research Analyst and Project Director at Momarv Group, where he leads the research and analysis division. With more than 30 years of cross-sector experience spanning government, corporate, and nonprofit organizations, Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for overseeing strategic insights, data interpretation, and policy analysis that guide the Group’s development and security engagements.
His deep analytical background brings rigor and foresight to every major initiative undertaken by Momarv Group.
Maxime Batende
Senior Research Analyst & Regional Director
Maxime Batende is a highly experienced mining and environmental consultant who has been an integral part of the global mining industry for 18 years. Maxime holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master's in Mining Environment.
Maxime's expertise spans the entire mining lifecycle, from exploration to production, and he has a proven track record of working with major companies such as Anglo American, Vale, and MMG.
As our Regional Leader for East Africa, Maxime brings a wealth of experience to both our clients and our team. He specializes in comprehensive studies for mining projects, with a particular focus on integrating market entry licensing, environmental management, safety, and quality to optimize operations and ensure sustainable, compliant practices.
Grant Lucas
Data Analyst (Project-Based)
Grant Lucas serves as a key data analyst for Momarv Group, providing expertise in project finance and data modeling on a per-project basis. With over 17 years of experience in financial analysis and project structuring, he plays a crucial role in supporting feasibility studies, investment strategies, and risk assessments.
Grant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stanford University and brings a sharp analytical lens to every assignment he undertakes with the Group.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and brings deep technical and operational expertise to the strategic leadership of Momarv Group.
